Personalized training at half the cost. Semi-Private training consists of groups of 2-4 participants, with each receiving a personalized program that will be used under the direction of one of our Certified Personal Trainers. Your semi-private program will be designed around your personal goals (weight loss, body fat loss, sports performance, strength, etc.), or simply a group of friends with similar goals looking to train together, achieve results, and have fun.
Choose from Private or Semi-Private personalized instruction and work under the guidance of one of our certified Reformer instructors in our private Pilates studio featuring the very best reformers, chairs, barrels and more.
