INVESEO AIR is neither a direct or indirect “Air Carrier”. INVESEO AIR arrangers flights on behalf of its clients through aircraft operators that are Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 or 121 AIR carriers or foreign equivalent (“Operators”), who consistently keep full operational control of charter flights. Operators that render these services must adhere to FAA safety requirements as well as additional safety standards established by INVESEO AIR. All services provided by INVESEO AIR comply with 14 CFR Part 295 requirements.
